Residential Conveyancer

Working for a Lexcel accredited property firm you will take over a mixed caseload managing the relationships with both clients and introducers. The work will manage freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, to include remortgage, transfer of equity as well as new build and plot sales. The small team have complete secretarial support who will open files and manage post completion matters. Key will be relationship building, there are many referrals but success in converting these to instructions will be a key attribute and any additional experience in marketing will be advantageous but not a key request for this position. Reporting to the Head of Department and working collaboratively in a team whilst managing your own fee earning work will see the ideal candidate receiving a very good benefits package and support for career growth.
