About the role:
As our new EYFS Teacher, you’ll be at the heart of the Early Years Foundation Stage, laying the foundation for lifelong learning and success. You’ll be responsible for planning and delivering creative, engaging, and play-based lessons that inspire curiosity and development. Working with a diverse group of children, you’ll focus on fostering key skills in literacy, numeracy, and social-emotional growth, tailored to each child’s unique needs. This role requires a teacher with a warm and approachable personality, excellent communication skills, and a true passion for early childhood education. Application Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).• Proven experience in EYFS or similar early years setting.• Knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and play-based learning approaches.• A collaborative, positive approach to working with staff, parents, and the community.• A passion for supporting the development of young children in a warm, inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons that follow the EYFS framework.• Observe, assess, and support each child’s development in partnership with teaching assistants.• Foster a safe and encouraging classroom where children feel valued and inspired.• Establish strong relationships with parents and guardians to support children’s learning at home.• Participate in continuous professional development and contribute to the wider school community.
