Have a better worklife balance and come and workfor Outcomes First Group!****Job Title: Clinical Educational Psychologist & Lead Clinician ****Location: Heath Farm, Ashford, Kent****Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 (FTE, dependent on experience)****Hours: 37.5 hours per week 8.30am-4.30pm****Contract: Permanent, 41 weeks** _**(There may be scope for this role to be afull-time contract (52 weeks) if this is your preference, please get in touchto discuss)**_**About the role**We are looking for a Lead Clinician to manage our in-house Clinical Team atHeath Farm School based in Kent. The post holder will work collaborativelywith both the school’s Senior Leadership team (SLT) and the Locality ClinicalLead. The role will involve clinically leading the team whilst alsomaintaining some level of clinical caseload in line with the needs of theschool and cohort of students. The post holder will be responsible forcoordinating the line management of the members of the onsite clinical team.Working collaboratively with school SLT, OFG guidance and all clinicians onsite, you will identify and target emerging themes and priorities for theeducational and life outcomes of the students. You will be responsible forenhancing the embedding of clinical excellence within the education team atHeath Farm in line with each individual student’s EHCP targets.You will be responsible for supporting all clinical disciplines in how EHCPrelevant clinical targets are identified, delivered and monitored. This willinvolve close collaborative work with the SENCO and other members of SLT. Youwill be responsible for ensuring clear outcome measures are put in place whichwill provide a secure evidence base relating to EHCP targets. This will beinformed by current research, evidence informed practice and systemic issuesarising as well as the needs of the students who present with complex profilesof need as a result of autism and other types of neurodivergence,developmental trauma and social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs.You will contribute to and support delivery of staff training and provideclinical consultation. There will also be an expectation to do some work andconsultation across other OFG sites in the locality, developing a supportnetwork of colleagues in the locality to enhance and develop practice andensure consistency and collaboration.
