Senior Contracts Manager - Heritage / Conservation / Restoration Work - Refurbishment, Cut & Carve and Newbuild NW London / Central London Salary: Permanent (circa £85,000 - £90,000) Negotiable DoE ** Contracts Manager required for a leading contractor in the heritage / restoration sector ** The Business: •£55m turnover main contractor with a specialist division that works within conservation areas on prestigious heritage projects. Mostly refurb (including cut & carve) but with some new build elements. Projects (ranging in value from £1m - £10m) include churches, libraries, well-known London museums & galleries, manor houses and music rooms.
