Wet Sprayer

Needed experienced Wet Sprayer Uttoxeter st14 Main duties will include : Preparing parts including sanding and filling Mixing and using 2 pack polyurethane paints Using HVLP pot gun to spray parts Ensuring the correct product is in the correct bay Checking for damage to any of the parts and immediately reporting them to the Team Leader Checking route cards are for the right part Ensuring protection on the part is correct Processing items to a high standard and in accordance with specifications Plan work to minimise waste of raw materials and machinery Ensure extractors, doors and all other work equipment are working correctly Conduct basic reactive and preventative maintenance work on the equipment Monitor the machinery and promptly advise the Team Leader on any issues Complete and scan route cards General housekeeping duties Expected hours : 36 per week AM Shift - 6:00 - 15:30 Monday - Thursday (4 day working week) PM Shift - 15:30 - 01:00 Monday - Thursday (4 day working week) Pay Rate - 12.50 up to 13.95 depending on experience Benefits: Casual dress Company events Company pension On-site parking Profit sharing Due to the remote Location own transport is essential '' TPBN1_UKTJ
