Sales Advisor Permanent Rugby - office based Monday to Friday - 9am to 6pm and 10am to 7pm £23,800pa plus bonus (OTE up to £27k) Our client is a hugely successful company based in Rugby who are looking for a Sales Advisor. Full training will be given in this position and it can be considered an entry-level role. Your key responsibilities as a Sales Advisor: * Following a script * Speaking to customers who are interested in an insurance policy to help them find the right one * Updating an internal system with customer details * Arranging payments either on the phone, via bacs or direct debit The ideal candidate for a Sales Advisor: * Clear, concise telephone manner * Confident speaking over the phone * Good with IT systems * Ideally some sales experience * You will have worked in a high energy, fast paced environment (Office or retail/hospitality) * GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths is essential Benefits of working as a Sales Advisor: * Free onsite parking * Referral programme * Healthcare schemes with various discounts * Generous commission scheme Interested?
