Social Media Video Presenter

Presentable, charismatic and outgoing person required for a role as a presenter for property videos for a new high end estate agency in Chigwell. The successful applicant will have an interest in property, be well turned out, confident with good communication skills and be comfortable presenting property videos. Experience in drama would be useful although not essential.

You will be the face of our agency, connecting with clients and potential buyers through professional presentations both on camera and in person.

Duties:

• Present and narrate property tours, highlighting unique features and selling points.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging video content for various platforms (social media, website, YouTube).
• Represent the agency at events and open houses.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a video presenter, host, or similar role, preferably in real estate or luxury markets.

• Exceptional communication skills and a strong on-camera presence.
