Residential Conveyancer – South Shields Salary: Starting from £37,500 + company bonus scheme Holiday Entitlement: 20 days + 8 bank holidays Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Location: South Shields Job Type: Full-time, Permanent We are seeking an experienced and proactive Residential Conveyancer to join our forward-thinking conveyancing firm in South Shields. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to providing exceptional client service. Key Responsibilities: Managing a caseload from instruction to completion, including Freehold and Registered Sale and Purchase Transactions. Experience with Leasehold, Transfers of Equity, and transactions involving existing mortgages is advantageous. Offering technical guidance to Paralegals and managing workload distribution. Resolving client concerns in line with Service Level Agreements (SLA). Providing excellent customer service and maintaining clear communication with clients, estate agents, and mortgage brokers. What We’re Looking For: Qualified as a Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer. At least 2 years’ experience in residential conveyancing. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. Ability to make independent decisions within your area of responsibility. In-depth knowledge of CLC Code of Conduct, SRA, Land Registry, and UKF regulations. Proficiency in using a case management system and strong IT skills. Excellent attention to detail with strong prioritization skills.
