Experienced commercial fit-out Site Manager needed for a new project in central London (Zone 1). Start date: ASAP Duration: 12 weeks, potential for continuation onto future projects. Role: Site Manager Site Manager required for commercial office fit-out. Responsible for the day-to-day running of the project, reporting into the project team. Heavily client focused role. Managing day-to-day site operations. Implementing work practices such as Job Safety Assessments, Risk Analysis, Safety Audits, Security Protocols, and Critical Safety Audits. Ensuring timely material requisitions to avoid delays and secure the best commercial terms. Collaborating with contractors to address safety inefficiencies and implement additional programs and processes. Attending Design Team Meetings to provide input into the design process and contribute to build-ability discussions, Health and Safety, or process improvement. Requirements: SMSTS First Aid ticket Asbestos Awareness CSCS Strong work ethic and interpersonal skills.
