Estimator / Quantity Surveyor

Our client is an established and growing interior contractor, specialising in the residential and commercial sectors. Our client works alongside some of the UK's leading contractors and are now looking for an Estimator / Quantity Surveyor to join the team and contribute to the continued success of their projects. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct take-offs from drawings and specifications to provide detailed measurements. * Manage project costs, from initial tender submission to final accounts, ensuring projects are delivered within budget. * Provide financial reporting, cash flow forecasts, and cost control for ongoing projects. * Support contract negotiations and manage any variations, claims, or changes. * Assist in the valuation process and maintain close communication with the Project Management team. Requirements: * Previous experience as an Estimator or Quantity Surveyor, ideally within interior fit-out projects. * Excellent numerical, communication, and negotiation skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
