Our subscription-only business intelligence, data and events are trusted by C-suite executives, Heads of M&A, investment bankers, private equity investors, and more. With over 50 full-time employees and offices in London and Mumbai , we are pursuing further international expansion. Role Overview As Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) , you will spearhead revenue strategies across subscriptions, data, thought leadership, and events, working closely with the Founder CEO, Excom, and Board to develop and execute a sales-led growth strategy. Key Responsibilities Revenue Growth Strategy : Develop and implement a comprehensive sales-led growth strategy aligned with long-term company goals. Sales Leadership : Lead, develop, and scale the sales team, optimizing processes and improving conversion rates. Business Development : Establish new business opportunities with key stakeholders in digital infrastructure, including senior executives and investors. Client Relationships : Cultivate and expand relationships with key clients to drive new and recurring revenue streams. Product Innovation : Collaborate with product, marketing, and events teams to develop new revenue-generating products. Market Insights : Leverage data analytics and market research to forecast trends and adapt strategies. Cross-functional Collaboration : Partner with the executive team to identify new market opportunities and areas for expansion. International Growth : Lead the establishment of a US-based sales team and make regular overseas trips to support global growth. Reporting & Analysis : Provide regular revenue forecasts, performance reports, and pricing strategies based on market trends. Qualifications 10 years in a sales leadership role in a high-growth B2B business information business. Deep knowledge of M&A and Financing intelligence products and services. Demonstrated success in leading teams and driving revenue growth in competitive markets. Proven ability to build and scale international sales teams . Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. A strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Why Join TMT Finance?
