The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consultancy or contracting, with extensive experience in data centre (DC) projects. This role requires a dynamic individual who can manage complex planning processes and ensure the successful delivery of projects. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the planning and scheduling of data centre projects from inception to completion. • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines. • Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure project milestones are met. • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project delivery. • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies. • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and clients. • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. • Mentor and guide junior team members. Qualifications: • Proven experience as a Planning Lead or similar role in the consultancy or contracting sector. • Extensive experience in data centre (DC) projects. • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work on-site in London 3-4 days a week. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
