About the CNC Operator role:
JM&Co. Recruitment is delighted to present an exciting opportunity for a CNC Operator to join a leading UK manufacturer based in Brackley. Our client specialises in prototype development, small batch production runs, and custom PCB assembly.
As a CNC Operator, you will play a crucial role in the production team, ensuring the efficient and precise manufacturing of components on CNC machines.
Key CNC Operator responsibilities:
- Set up and run CNC machines for both prototype and production work.
- Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines in line with the maintenance schedule.
- Provide feedback on New Product Introduction (NPI) and Continuous Improvement (CI) to the Engineering department.
- Uphold the company s high-quality standards, following the No Fault Forward policy.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, machine settings, and adjustments.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
General duties associated to the CNC Operator job role:
- Operate other machine shop equipment (e.g., saws, drills) as required.
- Undertake specific projects and tasks as assigned by management.
- Perform any other relevant and reasonable duties requested by management.

- Ideally, proven experience as a CNC Operator.
