WHAT WE WANT.
-Good experience of completing ltd co accounts and Corporation Tax returns.
-Bookkeeping and VAT experience
-Payroll experience
-Completing sole trader accounts andself assessments.
-Reviewing work and liaising with clients.
-Systems used QuickBooks, VT, Excel Moneysoft, Taxcalc , and Dext Prepare. Quickbooks Practice Manager.
WHAT WE REALLY REALLY WANT
1.AAT Level 4 and above/ACCA Part Qual/QBE
2. Experience of the above systems and tasks
3. Positive will do attitude
4. Ambitious and keen to learn and get out of your comfort zones.
5. Aspirations to manage the Nottingham branch and even takeover as the franchisee is a possibility long term for the right person.
6. Ability to build rapport and proactive relationships with clients.
7. Managing junior members of the team and delegating work to our outsourcing partner.
8. Experience of managing workflow in conjunction with the office administrator.
You must have a will do attitude and be able to work independently with appropriate support. You should be proactive, with a problem-solving attitude. You will be confident in engaging with clients to build a rapport and offer solutions and direction.
SALARY AND BENEFITS
1.Pay £30-40k)
2.Working hours 9:00 till five Monday to Friday
