Artwork Administrator Location: Bedford Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: Competitive (Confidential – please enquire) Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm 1st Choice Bedford is excited to advertise an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated Artwork Administrator to join the team of a renowned pharmaceutical company at their site in Bedford. This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail, excellent organisational skills, and previous experience in artwork management. Key Responsibilities: * Artwork Changes Management: Oversee artwork revisions for primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging of products, working closely with external design agencies, printers, and suppliers. * Proofreading: Ensure all amended artwork is thoroughly proofread for accuracy and compliance with company standards. * System Management: Obtain and raise new part codes related to artwork changes within system. * Documentation and Records: Maintain accurate records of artwork specifications, revisions, and approvals, ensuring compliance with company processes. * Project Management: Monitor project timelines, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met, and keeping stakeholders updated on progress. Responsibilities: * Previous experience in an artwork administration or similar role within pharmaceuticals or manufacturing. * Strong proofreading skills and meticulous attention to detail * Ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners. * Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines. * Flexible, self-motivated, and able to work on your own initiative. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using ERP systems. * Experience using Adobe Acrobat for artwork revisions and approval processes
