Relationship Manager

A key customer of ours over in Wigan are looking for a Relationship Manager to oversee many accounts across the UK. Paying up to £31,000, working full time hours Monday to Friday. No targets, No KPIs and No commission. Company car is included. What will you be doing as a Relationship Manager? You will be engaging with clients across the UK. Gathering feedback, retaining customers and building new relationships. Overseeing existing customers, cross selling and upselling. Managing a client base Gaining feedback from clients on service, retention and future opportunities Managing own diary and booking out appointments Reviewing products with clients to ensure they meet expectations Speaking with clients over the telephone Dealing with day-to-day queriesWe would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience: Great communicator Great relationship building skills Excellent interpersonal skills Experience across a wide range of roles and industries Competent using IT systems Great organisational and time management skills.
