Freight Controller

Freight Forwarder Belfast Negotiable for the Right Candidate Working hours are Monday Friday 9am 5pm. We have a 2 new roles available to join a Belfast based business, one for their Air Freight and one for Sea Freight. They specialise in freight transport across road, air and sea on both an import and export basis. With hubs across UK, Ireland, Asia and North America they have grown considerably from 2007. This position is based in their Belfast site where there is free on-site parking. In this site there are 18 staff members so you have plenty of support around you. This position is heavily focused on providing the best possible service to their international customer base. Youll be dealing with customer from the initial point of booking through to delivery and dealing with any queries/questions along the way. What do you need? 1 years experience in a similar role within freight forwarding. Experience in building relationships with customers.
