We are working exclusively with your client to find an SMB Account Executive . About: Our client is a marketing leading people-data science company specialising in helping small-to-medium businesses understand fair compensation for current and new employees. The technology works by connecting to their existing HRIS and cross referencing salary details across millions of job postings, industries, job roles and countries. Full understanding of fair compensation helps to attract the best talent, reduce staff turnover and forecast spend when hiring internationally. With some initial signs of success through a product-led-growth motion, it is now time to scale the team with an Account Executive to work with the CEO (Founder) and COO on new client acquisition. Key Highlights: Strong value proposition with clear ROI - attract talent, reduce staff turnover and forecast spend for £1.5k per year. Extremely cost effective, SMEs are typically overlooked in the compensation analysis space and competitors are priced between £40k - £120k annually. Strong founding team who have previously led a multi-million turnover business in the people-analytics space and now refocusing on this new venture. Early success from a freemium version on the platform - already have 120 companies on the system. You will get the chance to convert these to paying customers whilst hunting new business. The first dedicated sales person on the ground to build the sales function alongside the SLT - you will drive the success of the function and earn promotions along the way. Strong backing from notable investors based in the Nordics who the CEO has a long-standing relationship with. Very realistic targets to help you achieve your OTE which will come from your sales contribution and the company hitting their milestones. There is also a discretionary bonus on top £50k-£55k base x 2 OTE. Great benefits including 4 days working from home, enhanced parental leave, 4 weeks work from anywhere… The Role: Outbound prospecting into SMEs who are interested in internal salary review to ensure their competitiveness - this will involve using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, data enrichment and cadencing tools. Running the full 360 sales process, including demos and contract negotiations to convey the benefits of using the solution in a consultative manner. You will be supported throughout this process. Consistently hitting and achieving targets set by the senior management team. Your goal is to acquire as many customers as quickly as possible. Close working with the wider commercial and senior team to contribute insights that will eventually lead to the creation of a robust GTM function. Keeping records in the CRM up to date and accurate - reporting is important to the client so they can get the insight required to further develop the sales function. This will also help with accurate forecasting and developing an understanding of where new resources should be deployed. Requirements: At least 2 years as a strong SDR where you have taken an outbound approach to filling the pipeline with qualified opportunities. At least 18 months of full-cycle closing experience - bonus if you have sold HR-tech. Very important to stick to your qualification framework to avoid wasting time. A structured and value-based approach to sales - bonus if you have been training in SPIN, MEDDICC, Challenger or similar. Extremely adaptable, the client are in the early stages of building there sales function and will be trying different methods to find the best route to success. Self-starter and proven track record in an early stage start-up. You will need to lead deals from the front and bring in the relevant internal teams where necessary. Good written and verbal communication is essential, you will be liaising with top executives.
