Property Manager - Belsize Park Basic Salary £30,000 - £38,000 Driver required – Pool car available Are you a motivated individual looking for a position within Property Management? As a Property Manager, your role will involve: * Processing rent payments and client account reconciliations * Managing existing tenancies and negotiating with contractors * Tenancy renewals and amendments * Ensuring all properties are compliant with current legislation * Working with a team to ensure a high standard of customer service is delivered * Arranging reactive and planned maintenance * Carry out property inspections Requirements for the role include: * Working as part of a team * To always provide an excellent customer service experience * To build and maintain strong client relationships with all clients and staff * Computer knowledge and the ability to learn new software If you are interested in this Property Manager position and would like to know more, please email your CV or telephone us on a strictly private and confidential basis.
