Job Summary : We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. In this face-to-face sales role, you will represent well-established, respected clients, helping them create sales opportunities for their products and services. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, full in-house training will be provided . The ideal candidate will possess a strong drive for success and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet clients’ requirements. The Sales Executive will play a key role in driving sales growth and building lasting relationships with customers. Exciting Incentives Responsibilities : • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business. • Professionally represent clients, driving sales opportunities for their products/services. • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions. • Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring a positive and lasting impact on customers and clients. • Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales targets and objectives. • Attend client product and service training to stay informed, confident and compliant. • Uphold company values daily, ensuring they are reflected in all customer interactions. Skills : • Strong organisational skills. • Drive to achieve sales targets and contribute to team success. • Excellent communication skills in English. • Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently. • A background in customer service is highly desirable. • Ability and willingness to learn and adapt quickly. Able to commute to Nottingham City Centre (NG1) Monday to Friday.
