VANRATH are excited to be assisting our client, a global organisation, in recruiting a Sales Manager on an initial temporary contract. Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum. The Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales strategy, managing the sales team, and ensuring sustainable revenue growth. This role includes developing and executing sales plans, identifying market trends, and aligning sales efforts with business goals. Responsibilities: Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies, set performance targets, and adapt to market needs. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the sales team, providing training and setting clear objectives. Sales Operations: Ensure efficient processes, use CRM tools, and track performance metrics to improve productivity. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and represent the company at industry events. Market Analysis: Conduct market research, analyse performance, and provide insights to senior management. The Ideal Person: 2+ years of experience in sales leadership roles. A proven track record of managing large sales teams and achieving revenue targets. Strong leadership and team-building skills. Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills. Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot). Strong business acumen and financial management skills. Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Strong problem solving skills and ability to overcome complex business challenges.
