Year Manager  Bradford £100 - £120 per day Vision for Education are urgently seeking a Year Manager to work at a secondry school in Leeds. The Role: As a Year Manager you would be expected to liaise with familys / parents and be able to manage behaviour. The school have requested that only experienced candidates apply. Requirements • Have experience working with either with small groups or 1:1 with pupils who may demonstrate challenging behaviour and who may have Special Educational Needs. • Be able to provide a safe and positive learning environment and de-escalate any threatening or aggressive behaviour. • Mentor and engage with the pupils, successfully delivering specifically designed educational packages.
