About the Role
We are looking for the right person to join our Operations team within a fast growth, entrepreneurial company in a Full Time role (6 Month Maternity Cover). Reporting to the Operations Director, you will be responsible for purchasing activities, management and monitoring of inventory, coordinating receiving and shipment of goods and providing general logistics support.
Responsibilities
Manage the purchase of finished goods, packaging and services related to the delivery of the business products
Manage the order to invoice process for customers and suppliers
Manage stock across multiple sites and channels, including regular stock takes
Build strong working relationship with third party suppliers and customers, including regular site visits
Supply chain issues resolution
Maintain product specifications
Maintain and update department reports
Support NPD delivery
Support customer service team with operations related queries
Qualifications
Required:
Highly motivated, a willingness to learn and a positive attitude
Numeracy & Literacy skills
Excellent communicator written, face-to-face and verbal
Ability to prioritise and multi-task in a busy environment
Ability to learn quickly, retain knowledge and work on own initiative to make decisions quickly
Be efficient in prioritising workload
Very high attention to detail
Strong organisational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Excellent Excel skills
Desirable but not essential:
Educated to degree level, or equivalent vocational qualification
Experience of working in a DTC supply chain environment
Experience of working in FMCG
SAP based ERP system experience

Location
We are a UK-based fully remote team. The role requires you to have the appropriate space and environment at home to perform the role to the required standard. Equipment and tools required to perform the role will be supplied by us. You will be required to travel on a monthly basis to meet with the team for in person sessions in London. You will also be required on occasion to travel in the UK for other purposes related to your role. The cost of any ad hoc (non-monthly meeting) travel will be covered by us.
Pay range and compensation package
Annual salary £25k-£30k (DOE) pro rata
25 days annual leave (pro rata for the period)
Monthly coffee subscription
