Freelance Design Manager (Construction)

Acorn By Synergie is working in partnership with a leading main contractor that is looking for a freelance Design Manager (Construction) Freelance position on a week by week bases. Will be based on a large commercial project in Cardiff South Wales. Project value £100M+ Key Responsibilities Overseeing all aspects of the design and construction process for a commercial project Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success Managing budgets, schedules, and quality control Resolving design and construction issues effectively Providing leadership and mentorship to the project team Qualifications and Experience Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field Extensive experience in construction design management Proven track record of delivering successful commercial project Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Hourly rate / day rate negotiable, working Monday to Friday Apply with your CV attached or contact our construction team on (phone number removed) Acorn by Synergie acts as an employment business for the supply of temporary workers
