Transformation Advisor

HW Interim Solutions are partnering with a valued client who are undergoing a transformative journey to enhance their business systems efficiencies to elevate both their back-office capability and service offerings. We are seeking an experienced Systems Transformation Consultant to lead in transitioning the business from diagnostics to actionable recommendations and successful delivery. As the Systems Transformation Consultant, you will leverage your full programme lifecycle experience to guide the business transformation. Implementation Oversight: Lead the implementation of recommended solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines. Training & Support: Provide guidance and support to teams throughout the transformation process, facilitating knowledge transfer and skill development. Monitoring & Evaluation: The successful candidate will have proven experience in systems analysis and transformation, extensive knowledge of full programme lifecycles, experience in change management and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders. This role will be delivered on a day rate c£1000pd.
