Summary Global company leader in beauty and wellness products,looking for a Project Co-Ordinator to work on the Eylure brand. This role will ensure new products are developed and delivered in time for launch, achieving required quality at the right price in line with company targets.The majority of the Project Co-Ordinators time will be spent on admin related tasks, this is an essential part of the role. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Co-ordinate new and existing product development for a global retail brand Brief suppliers, obtain quotations and samples, negotiate costs, and prepare gross margin calculation for internal approval.Sample management & organisationManage all development samples and Pre-Production samples (PPS)Daily update of Excel spreadsheets, trackers & project timelines.Ensure timelines are adhered to, making sure each team completes tasks by key dates, escalate issues / delays when applicable to line manager.Co-ordinate weekly NPD meetings: run through all projects on the tracker and distribute minutesLead weekly internal and external meetings to ensure smooth communicationSupport Marketing with preparing documentation for Gate meetingsEnsure all products are tested for performance and approved by Regulatory department e.g. user trialsManage the product specification sheets: creation, updating, issuing and filing correctlyPreparation of project handover documentationEngage with Quality Assurance for sample approvals. SKILLS and EXPERIENCE Essential At least 3+ year’s experience within a similar admin role.Ability to work independently in a fast paced environmentAbility to multi-task and work on simultaneous projects and ensure regular follow upsDocumentation managementProficient in Microsoft ExcelExtensive experience working on multiple projectsExcellent time managementExcellent organizational skillsGood analytical skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsTeam player - collaborative working styleProcess orientedExcellent attention to detail Desirable Skills Previous experience working in a Project Co-ordinator roleExperience working with international suppliers (European & Far East) Further details This is a Hybrid role where you will be asked to be in the office 2 days per week (Uxbridge). The rest of the time can either be from the office or from home.
