Operations & Compliance Manager - Part time

An established firm of solicitors with offices across the South West London and Surrey area is currently looking to recruit a part time Operations & Compliance Manager on a part time basis. This is an office based role, being offered at 3 days a week. This role is crucial for optimising their operational processes, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring regulatory compliance across the firm. The ideal candidate will maintain a comprehensive understanding of risk management components and demonstrate the ability to use their own initiative. You will come from either a legal background or a professional services background. Experience to include: * Proven experience in a compliance, data management and operations role, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment. * Proficiency in data management software and tools (e.g., CRM systems, spreadsheets, database management systems). * Ability to use own initiative – a pro-active self-manager who can manage their own workload, identify areas for improvement and drive projects forward. * Possesses in-depth knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including GDPR and AML.
