Plater/ Fabricator

Our client are a Fabrication Company established for over 45 years and accredited to ISO9001, BS EN 1090-2 Exc 3 and BS EN3834-2. They are currently looking for experience plater/ Fabricators to join our team Due to rapid expansion through current and new contracts our client are looking to recruit Permanent Plater/fabricators for their busy operation in Chesterfield. Successful Candidates will be able to: Review engineering drawings for parts to be fabricated Perform Plating Activities Work as part of a team to produce orders on time and within quality requirements Ensure correct marking up of component parts. Knowledge, Skills and Experience needed: 5 Years Plating experience (i.e. time-served) Ability to work effectively, accurately and use own initiative Good communicator at all levels Knowledge of health and safety legislation Experience within a medium heavy fabrication shop, working on Bridges, Gantries, Staircases and other fabrications up to 10+ton Working Hours Monday to Thursday 7.00am to 4.00pm, Friday 7.00am to 12.00pm Company Benefits Rate of Pay £17 + Overtime Rate Time/Half - Overtime currently available 25 days annual holiday plus bank holidays Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From £17.00 per hour dependant on experience Expected hours: 39 per week TPBN1_UKTJ
