Project Description: An excellent opportunity for personal development in a dynamic environment. You will join a highly skilled and dynamic team supporting Murex applications and our global practice focused on Application installation support around the world. Creation of Test Strategy , Test Plan and Test metrics tailored to project methodology and stakeholder requirements. Interact with vendors to define testing requirements, establish communication protocols and monitor progress. Ensure all unit level test cases are prepared and executed before on-boarding for System Testing, SIT,UAT, and Dress Rehearsal testing. Coordinate and arrange System Testing, SIT, UAT, and Dress Rehearsals for all downstream and upstream systems. Ensure test activities of the test team align with the budget constraints of the project. Facilitate seamless coordination between development, testing and business teams to address issues promptly. Manage UAT, SIT, and Dress Rehearsal defects and periodically report to Bank's Senior Management to make informed decisions. Conduct post implementation reviews after every project to understand key lessons learnt. Present metrics and create dashboards for senior management to showcase Test Progress Identify and Mitigate Risks Proven experience of 5+ years in testing roles, with a focus on large IT migration projects within the banking sector. Strong expertise in reporting, including general relational database and SQL skills. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team of test analysts. In-depth understanding of testing methodologies, best practices, and industry standards. Proven track record of successful test planning, execution, and reporting in complex and dynamic environments.
