Business Development Manager, Dispute Resolution - UK City Law Firm Due to the seniority of this role, my client is only considering applicants who have previous law firm business development experience. We are thrilled to have partnered with a UK City Law Firm to hire a Business Development Manager for their Dispute Resolution Practice. The role will collaborate closely with partners to develop and implement strategic business plans and marketing initiatives. Responsibilities: Collaborate with industry leaders to develop and execute marketing and client development strategies Lead and coordinate RFPs, pitches, including proposal writing and pitch preparation. Manage and refine business development infrastructure Oversee the budgeting process for business development, tracking ROI, and advising on future initiatives Drive marketing and profile-raising activities, including submissions for industry rankings and coordinating client events. Manage and develop team members, ensuring effective delegation, coaching, and performance feedback.
