Head Chef -Wine Bar & Restaurant We are recruiting for a talented and passionate Sous Cheffor a lovely wine bar in Canary Wharf known for its seasonal menus and commitment to sustainability and nose to tail cooking. Focus on small plates designed to pair with the amazing wines. This is the perfect role for Senior CDP/Junior Sous looking for a first time Sous Chef role, ideally in a similar small plates or wine bar setting. You should be passionate about sustainable, seasonal, and organic cooking with an emphasis on local produce, with experience in nose-to-tail cooking. Working 48 hours a week, the busiest days are during the week so there will be weekends off! TPBN1_UKCT
