Clinical Lead

Job Title: Part-Time Clinical Lead (RGN) Location: Market Harborough Hours:16 hours per week (2 days) + 1 additional day per month for management meetings Are you a compassionate and experienced RGN looking for a rewarding part-time role? What They Offer: - Flexible, part-time hours - Opportunity to shape care services with a person-centred, holistic approach - Supportive team and collaborative work environment Key Responsibilities: - Conduct pre-support assessments and liaise with multidisciplinary teams - Monitor, record, and report changes in client conditions - Lead clinical training (PEG, Medication, Epilepsy, etc.) for support staff - Ensure compliance with CQC standards and assist in regulatory audits - Create and update care plans, MAR charts, and clinical documentation - Provide clinical leadership and support to care teams Key Requirements: - Registered General Nurse (RGN) with 5+ years of acute nursing experience - 3+ years in a Senior Nurse or similar role - Active Nursing PIN and commitment to revalidation - Strong knowledge of CQC, Health and Social Care regulations If you're passionate about leading clinical care and supporting vulnerable individuals, apply today to join a team that values excellence and quality in care.
