Managing Production Planner

New Opportunity

I am working on an exciting position for an experienced Production Planner to join an Award Winning Design business in Stockport.

Ideally you will have people managing experience or you are looking to make that next step in your career.

This is a challenging, hands on role which would suit an experienced individual who has a keen eye to detail and strong technical knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Workshop Management and overseeing the daily operations of the workshop.
• Provide training and development for current workshop staff
• Supervise and coordinate the work of technicians
• Work closely with designers and and production teams to understand project objectives
• Implement and maintain quality control processes
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Prepare reports on project status ans workshop performance.

Knowledge of specific software such as CAD / project management tools is preferred.

Please not this is a full time roll in the office, Monday to Friday and depending on project deadlines, the role may require working extended hours.
