Since launching just 3 months ago, we’ve already onboarded 300 users and are on track to hit £1M in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) by the end of 2025. Our team of 5 is growing rapidly, and the aim is to be 20 by the start of next year. Thanks to our strong financial backing, we’re fully funded for the next 2 years to fuel our ambitious growth plans. If you’re looking to be part of a fast-growing, disruptive AI company with a bold vision, this is your chance We are looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Manager with a proven track record in the tech startup space and expertise in Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategies. You will play a critical role in driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention by leading with a product-first mindset. As the leader of our marketing team, you’ll have the opportunity to shape our growth trajectory and directly impact the success of our product. This role will oversee two direct reports: a Social Media and Content Manager and a Community Manager , providing leadership and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. Key Responsibilities Lead Marketing Function: Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy, focusing on Product-Led Growth to accelerate our user acquisition and retention efforts. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment across key growth initiatives. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor your direct reports (Social Media and Content Manager, Community Manager), fostering their professional growth and driving overall team success. Drive Product-Led Growth: Use data-driven insights and experimentation to optimize the user journey, from onboarding to product adoption and beyond. Market Positioning & Messaging: Craft compelling messaging and positioning strategies that resonate with our target audience and highlight the unique value of our product. Experimentation & Optimization: Continuously test, learn, and iterate on growth strategies, focusing on maximizing product engagement and retention. Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze performance metrics and user feedback to inform marketing initiatives and product enhancements. Why Join Us?
