Estate Operative Roofer

Are you an experienced roofer looking for a new challenge? Join our client s team as an Estates Operative (Roofer) located in Devonport Plymouth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct roofing repairs and maintenance
• Work on both slate and tiled roofs
• Replace and repair soffits and fascias
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard

Requirements:

• Previous roofing experience is essential
• Good customer skills
• Ability to work at heights
• Must be physically able to traverse the site
• Hold a full driving licence (preferred but not essential)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills with customers

Ability to obtain and hold SC Security clearance is a requirement of this role.
