Hospitality and Event ManagerLocation: Just outside NorthamptonThe following information provides an overview of the skills, qualities, and qualifications needed for this role.Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Evenings and weekends required, with time off in lieu of overtime)Salary: £28,000 per annumBenefits: Enhanced pensionPrivate healthcareAnnual salary incrementsClosed over the Christmas and New Year period A newly opened venue just outside Northampton is seeking a dynamic and experienced Hospitality and Event Manager to join the team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a pivotal role in a fresh and exciting space that offers a variety of events, conferences and functions.Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the food and beverage department, including events and restaurant, ensuring high standards of service.Plan, coordinate, and manage events from conception through to completion.Collaborate with clients to deliver tailored events, including corporate functions and private parties.Lead, train, and motivate a team of hospitality staff.Manage budgets, stock levels, and suppliers.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Duty management shifts may be required. The Ideal Candidate: Previous experience in hospitality and event management.Strong organizational and leadership skills.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
