Job Title: Maths Teacher Contract Type: Full-Time Location: Herefordshire Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Maths Teacher to support a Herefordshire school on a full-time basis from November to December. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching KS3 and KS4 mathematics, with the possibility of teaching KS5 (not essential). This role includes full teaching responsibilities such as planning, marking, and supporting students' academic progress. Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective Maths lessons for KS3 and KS4 students. Develop lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs and abilities. Assess, record, and report on the progress and attainment of students. Provide targeted support and interventions to help students achieve their potential. Collaborate with colleagues and participate in departmental and school-wide activities. Maintain accurate records and documentation. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience teaching Maths at KS3 and KS4 level. Strong understanding of the national curriculum and assessment methods. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Ability to inspire and motivate students.
