Engineering Geologist

We need to find suitably qualified and experienced engineers to fill these two weekends: Saturday 30th Nov – Sunday 1st Dec and Saturday 4th – Sunday 5th Jan at Cockfosters Depot, London. Rigs will be running constantly throughout both weekends, our client will have rolling crews working 00:00-12:00 and 12:00-00:00. They need engineers to cover both shift patterns. Our client is after 4 engineers. The job spec is to supervise rotary boreholes to between 20 and 25m. There is 2 days’ worth of training which has to be completed before the works start onsite, so any engineers must be committed to both weekends. The training covers the site-specific certs required, WSSI and BTA. The WSSI has an e-learning component with an in-person assessment / test (approx 1 hour). The BTA is a full day in person. An in-person medical must also be completed before attending the BTA (approx 30 mins in person)
