Our current Chief Executive, Steven Dennis, will step down in spring 2025, after 24 years with the organisation, including six years as Chief Executive. We are now seeking an inspirational leader to build on this legacy and guide us on the next phase of our journey.
As our new Chief Executive, you will lead Saxon Weald in delivering our vision, advancing our strategic priorities, and shaping the future of the organisation.
Working closely with our board, executive team and stakeholders, you will develop and deliver our new corporate strategy and ensure excellence and innovative service delivery for our customers. You'll be leading a passionate, values-driven team that shares your commitment to excellence, social purpose and inclusivity.
We are looking for a Chief Executive who:
- Is a highly visible and inclusive leader with a proven track record of success at senior executive level.
- Has a thorough knowledge of the housing sector and a comprehensive understanding of its regulatory landscape.
- Thrives on driving transformational change and ensuring the customer's voice is at the heart of everything we do.
- Demonstrates strong business acumen, financial literacy and the ability to ensure our long-term sustainability through effective governance and risk management.
- Leads with integrity, inspires confidence and shares our commitment to diversity, inclusion, and service excellence.
