The successful General Manager will have a track record in the Luxury, Design Lifestyle Hotel market. A minimum of five years experience in a similar market, with a stable career and excellent references. The hotel is part of a unique hotel group, offering exceptional standards of hospitality. You must be highly commercial "know your numbers" financially astute, and revenue focussed. It is imperative you have not lost the passion of hospitality, being visible, on the floor and engaging with your guests at key times. The hotel has a great team, who are inspired by great leadership, professionalism and consistency.
