Essential Experience of running a fresh food kitchen whilst maintaining highest standards. Ability to lead and motivate teams Have good control of food safety Experience in managing all aspect of the day-to-day running of kitchens. Creative with emphasis on presentation and flavour. Experience of catering for a range of events i.e. working lunches, hot buffets/lunches, afternoon teas, drinks receptions and formal dinners (up to 100) together with daily in house café service. Must engage positively with Sales and Front of House managers.
