Project Manager - Freelance Location: London – East/West Salary: £350 - £400 CIS or Limited Join a thriving RC Frame and grounds works sub-contractor specialising within new builds, renovations, extensions, and large-scale infrastructure development. They have established themselves as a trusted partner for delivering complex projects across multiple sectors to ensure seamless project execution from planning and design to completion. Project Details * East and West London * Project value from £3 - £10 million * From 5 – 7 storey RC frames and ground works projects * Enabling packages Responsibilities * Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring clear objectives and deliverables for each construction phase. * Team Leadership: Lead and manage construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient project workflow and high-quality results. * Budget Management: Monitor project expenses, manage resources effectively, and ensure that projects stay within budget while maximizing profitability. * Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project. * Risk Management & Problem Solving: Identify potential risks, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
