Salary: 55k - 60k Dependant on experience + £550 Per Month Car Allowance
Location: KDC Veolia, Bolton, with regular travel across UK&I to undertake site visits

This role would suit a current cost engineer or Senior Quantity surveyor looking for a new challenge

What you'll be doing;
Identification of the inputs needed to develop a cost model for all estimates, tenders and framework call-off submission
Create and facilitate the output of a commercial model by the finance team in line with the governance guidelines
Create rate cards for re measurable contracts and elements
Liaison with internal and external contacts to respond on technical / assurance requirements as required
Assist customers with scoping and legislative and technical advice to develop prospects
Assist with the completion of tender proposals
Build and develop relationships with internal contributors
What we're looking for;
Decommissioning Technical Knowledge would be preferred but not essential
Ability to 'take off' material quantities for buildings and structures from drawings, site visits and photographs.
The production of estimates of the required resources and other associated cost elements to undertake decommissioning projects.
High level of numeracy and spreadsheet skills.
Production of methodology, programme and other technical documents to support tender responses.
