Operations Manager / Area Sales Manager. A Bristol based property firm need an Operations Manager / Area Sales Manager to run the South West operation. Managing a team of seven, the Operations Manager will manage the central Bristol office managing operations, maintenance and business development functions.

The Operations Manager / Area Sales Manager will need:

• Office Management experience
• Operations Management experience
• People Management experience
• Sales Management experience
• Property, Lettings, Estate Agency, Housing or similar experience
• Experience of branch budget and profit and loss responsibility

The Operations Manager / Area Sales Manager salary is circa 40k + an annual bonus (2 month salary) plus pension and benefits and car allowance
