Strategic Lead recruitment Southwark Contract £384.29 per day or £500 per day Limited paid via Umbrella Company inside IR35 Our client is looking for an experienced Strategic Lead recruitment. A summary of the objectives and deliverables in the next 6 months include; • Organise Core Team Staffing Resources for each stage of programme development including tendering and contract management • Receive Approval for Proposed Site Lots including overseeing the collation of site information packs, Initial site due diligence and soft market testing • Secure Approval for Preliminary Development Agreement draft that meets the council needs and is commercially attractive • Launch Procurement First Round (SQ) including the production of a compliant and polished SQ pack • Launch Procurement Second Round (Invitation to Participate in Dialogue) including the development of a comprehensive ITT/IPD pack that includes all relevant • information for the bidders to respond to. • Complete Procurement Evaluation ensuring compliance and securing approval for the award of contract • Oversee coordinated and effective communications and engagement to internal and external stakeholders Important experience and focus for the role include; • Team leadership – strategic level e.g. Project Director used to close management of a team of 5 plus being part of a leadership team of similar number • Development partnerships experience, DAs/JVs • Public procurement experience, competitive dialogue would be a bonus • Understanding of governance and decision making within public sector • Agile and adaptable, fast paced, and willing to embed - needs to be well connected to multiple parties PLEASE ONLY apply if you have the necessary skills, experience and expertise.
