Information Technology Consultant

Client: Investment Bank Contract: Inside IR35, 12-18 months, Hybrid working Location: London/ Belfast FIS Global One SME (Subject Matter Expert) We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced FIS Global One SME to join the team. In this role, you will leverage your deep expertise in FIS Global One to support and enhance our securities finance, lending, and collateral management processes. This is a key role that will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure the smooth functioning and optimization of the Global One platform. Key Requirements: Proven experience as an FIS Global One SME with a n understanding of the system’s functionality. Strong knowledge of securities finance, repo, and collateral management processes. Experience in system implementation, upgrades, configuration, and support of Global One. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Familiarity with relevant regulatory frameworks in the financial services sector. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the subject matter expert for the FIS Global One platform, providing insights and recommendations for best practices. Lead the configuration, customization, and enhancement of the Global One system to meet business requirements. Ensure timely and efficient processing of securities finance, repo, and collateral management functions. Manage system upgrades, patches, and releases in collaboration with the IT and operations teams. Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are well-versed in the functionality and capabilities of Global One.
