Graphic Designer

This growing import/export business, who specialise in selling their products to the retail sector are seeking a Graphic Designer to join their Design & Marketing team The purpose of the role is to help support the business to design their artwork and brands. Your role will involve: * Designing from concept stage onwards * Packaging art working and concept design * New brand development * Brand deck creation * Working on new licences * Designing visuals for new licence presentations * Working on mock-ups of packaging for approval and trade shows * Creating artwork for orders * Working with the sales team to present ideas to customers * Designing stands for Trade fairs * Brand graphics * Assisting with social media including designing flyers and brochures * Assisting with the design of products * Updating existing packaging * General admin including uploading of images to systems * Photography of products when required * Creating offer sheets To apply you will need: * Experience of art working ideally for packaging * Ideally worked within import/wholesale to retail business (ideal) * Experience of Illustrator, Photoshop, In-Design, Adobe Creative Suite and ideally experience of video editing and PowerPoint – essential * Some photography skills required * Any 3D CAD experience advantageous but not essential * Have examples/a portfolio of your artwork available as part of your application The company offers: * 20 days holiday plus a day off for your birthday and extra time off during Christmas * Free parking * Staff discount on products * Career progression * Some “work from home” after probationary period To carry out any other relevant and reasonable duties within the department as requested
