Salary: 45,000 - 55,000 + Package

Site Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing site operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
• Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and the wider project team to drive progress.
• Managing site health and safety, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Leading site meetings and reporting progress to senior management.
• Ensuring quality standards are maintained across all phases of construction.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager working with a Main Contractor.
• Experience managing a range of construction projects across sectors such as residential, commercial, or public sector builds.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage both internal teams and external contractors.
• A solid understanding of health and safety regulations and construction best practices.
• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid at Work certifications.
