The Role – LSA

This LSA role requires an experienced LSA to work with a young boy who has SEMH. As a LSA you will work with your key student 1:1 working in and out of the classroom, this will include supporting your student academically and emotionally. As a LSA you will have the ability to build a strong rapport with children who have challenging behaviour, managing behaviour in line with the schools behaviour policy. It is not crucial that you have school experience, this role will also suit a mentor or youth worker, who would like to transition in to a school setting.

The School – LSA

This SEMH school is located in Redbridge they provide education to children ages 4 – 16 who have SEMH. They have a great supportive team who work seamlessly together providing children with a fun and stimulating learning environment. They have a huge car park for all staff and the nearest bus stop is located outside of the school gates.
