THE ROLE
Our client is looking for a Client Manager to join their Business Travel team.

Client Manager key responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse customer portfolio.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective client management practices.
  • Build enduring relationships across customer organisations.
  • Collaborate with support teams to resolve issues and provide feedback for improvements.
  • Plan and develop partnership plans to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Facilitate smooth transition to new contracts and frameworks, including site testing and planning.
  • Review travel patterns and recommend policy changes for optimal value.
  • Conduct booker training and engagement sessions, providing feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Analyse customer data to identify saving opportunities and ROI.
  • Provide feedback, support, and customer insights to the Client Services management function.
  • Stay updated on travel industry news, market intelligence, and competitor activity for strategic input.
  • Conduct regular meetings and communication to build strong relationships and implement action plans.
  • Participate in monthly team meetings, providing a strategic overview of clients and identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Keep Lead Client Manager and Head of Client Services informed on client updates, opportunities, and outcomes.
  • Retain and develop business opportunities.

THE PERSON

Client Manager key experience, skills and qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years experience within Travel industry Account Management.
  • Previous experience managing multiple projects.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with a variety of clients and stakeholders.
  • Excellent focus on client relationships.
  • Passionate about business growth.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure.
